I take quality, local ingredients and slowly simmer for hours to produce traditional beef, chicken, and vegetable stock that is both nutrient-rich and full of flavour. My stock is the perfect foundation ingredient for your healthy, home-cooked meals.
People have been making stock for thousands of years, and I make mine exactly the same way, using nothing but beef and chicken bones, local vegetables, filtered Irish water and fresh herbs, then simmering for hours to create an intense flavour which is the perfect base for everything from soups and stews to sauces and gravies, and even curries and risottos.
I use only the best local ingredients to ensure that I always produce premium quality stock. My beef stock is made from the beef bones of grass-fed native Irish cattle from Co. Antrim, and my chicken and chicken bones are free range sourced from Manor Farm.
Great stock isn't just about great-tasting meals. My stock is naturally low in sugar and salt, contains no additives or preservatives, and is gluten, dairy, and soy free. It's packed full of natural nutrition, and is one of the healthiest ingredients you can use.
I simmer my stock for hours to ensure it's packed full of all the vitamins and minerals which occur naturally in beef and chicken bones. Traditional stock can help soothe the digestive system, bolster the immune system, and can even help to promote healthy skin, hair, and nails. It is also known for its anti-inflammatory properties, and can help keep bones and joints strong.
